Did a great job fixing mistakes a different roofing company did installing our roof. Even cleared out a wasps nest that had gotten in the roof and never a word of complaint about that inconvenience. Fantastic work by good people.

Had a leak in my attic as a result of an issue with my attic fan. I got a few prices and compared other services but ultimately went with William Brooks. They came out to assess quickly and once we decide to do the work, it was also a quick, painless process. They do not offer warranties on repair work but that seems pretty normal from what I gathered. I had one other company that said they would but then got weird about it and did not seem like folk I would trust. Don't let the no warranty on repairs thing sway you. I am happy I trusted William Brooks with the job.

Brooks roofing was helpful and professional from getting the estimate to finishing the roof. The roofers were on time and finished the job in one day. They cleaned as they worked and left our house in great shape! They took down our old roof, replaced the roof, installed an attic fan and replaced the gutters and downspouts all for a great price!
