I had an issue while I was there visiting from out of state. Spoke with Kat on the phone and she was awesome! It was because of her I chose Mavis and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I went with my cousin to fix a problem with his car’s tires, we were surprised with Kristie and how positive her attitude is as well as she gave us quite a good deal and a great service along with her colleague Yvonne. Such lovely people and great customer service. Wish them all the best and I thank them for being so nice to us.Always stay positive!

Kat took my call and I was so grateful for her. She went out of her way to listen to my needs and to make sure everything went smooth when my son arrived. It was his first time going to an automotive service appointment alone and she made sure it was a positive and comfortable experience. She made me glad I chose Mavis again. Thank you Kat!!!
