Stephanie is the ultimate professional. She actually reviewed my medical history, which I know a lot of med spas don't bother doing. After discussing the options, we decided on PRF for my tear troughs. She was super clear in explaining the procedure to me, and talked me through what she was doing to keep me at ease. I'm terrified of needles and she was so gentle I barely felt anything. I had no bruising at all, and already look so much less tired. Totally going back for other treatments!

I tried setting up an appointment for Botox and Filler. I’ve had work done in the past so I was very familiar with the process, just looking for a place closer to home. After texting with the aesthetician a bit it seems she was a bit uncomfortable or unfamiliar with lip piercings. Not a big deal, I was still very eager to try this place out.
She then sends me a link to sign up to their online portal and fill out a couple consent forms. So, I head on the very glitchy website and try to finagle the forms and the first day it just wouldn’t go through, it kept freezing and getting stuck.
I tried again the next day and finally got through.
To my surprise, the couple forms are actually 13+ forms you have to read and fill out which actually have the same questions on a majority of them and I don’t see how most of them pertain to me getting Botox or filler.

She seems nice and all but I find it to be outrageous to sit there and fill out over 13 forms just to get Botox. It was getting irritating so I decided to cancel. I value my time and would rather just go somewhere with more experience and less hassle for a little more money. For reference, she quoted $150 for a Botox lip flip.
