We were traveling out of state and started to have car trouble. We called and explained our situation he told us to stop in. Joe looked the car over. We had a problem just not a transmission problem. He called around to other local shops and helped us get to a place that could better serve us. Joe went above and beyond to help. Your community is very fortunate to have a mechanic like Joe. I have an old auto in near mint condition. The transmission was on the fritz, not able to shift until achieving high speeds. I was worried I'd have to rid myself of the car because two other places said it could not be repaired, requiring a replacement transmission. That would have been very and too costly.
