“When it started raining in my kitchen, I knew it was time to replace the 50 year old roof, so I asked my godfather for a recommendation. My brother is the building owner so he then made the call. Woody is a great guy. He got a crew for us and they did it all in a day and a half for less than 10k.“

“Very pleasant group of people with whom to deal. This summer they replaced my 25-year old roof and accomplished it in a single day. The work itself is messy, but they did everything possible to accomplish it in a tidy fashion. The price was very competitive too.

Additionally, they replaced my exterior wood deck that was also original to the home and 25-years old with a synthetic deck. This work was also accomplished in a single day.

Both jobs had issues along the way, but this company addressed them all effectively. The synthetic deck has one such issue remaining, as one of the railings was slightly scarred coming right out of the manufacturer's packaging.

I am waiting for a replacement part to reach this contractor and for them to replace the single railing. This will be happening later this week.

Normally, I'd have concern about getting this replacement addressed. However, given their conduct through the two jobs, as well as offering that I hold back an adequate sum from the total cost until they make the replacement, I have comfort and confidence they will follow through.“

Friday night there was a storm and water was coming into our house as a result. I called GI Construction Monday morning, and the owner Gent came over shortly after and assessed my roof.
