If I could give 0 stars I would: I went to this place since my boyfriends mother goes there. I was getting a hard/UV gel manicure(a little longer than my natural nail length) with a regular pedicure. I walk in and the first thing the owner notices and says is "that is a very nice ring". She then proceeds to tell me for my nails it will be $120 with the extension of the hard gel. Now I am not cheap but this price for plain solid color (no design) is insane. I noticed a BIG sign right when you walk in that says UV gel set+ free pedicure so I did not argue since I thought that was the deal. I continue to get a regular pedicure and then it is time to pay. I was a walk in for a pedicure they took me right away. However BEFORE I sat down I specifically asked twice if a specific design can be done on my toes. I was told yes yes yes all the way to the pedicure chair. My pedicure was a 6/10 .... now it's time for design that should make this pedicure look a little better.The woman runs around the salon unable to communicate with any of the managers because she only speaks Spanish. The manager walks over to me and I show her the pictures... She rudely laughed in my face and said no she can't do that. FOOLISH BEHAVIOR. Of course she would say no now that my pedicure is complete and I have to pay. I will never be returning here...read full review

Was charged $10 for removing a gel manicure to get a new gel manicure which is totally fine, however, they removed my aun’t gel manicure and didn’t charge her. They said it was because I had hard gel on. It’s literally the same way you take off a regular gel manicure. They did the lazy route and just e filed the gel off. My new nails chipped within a few hours. These people are not licensed at all. They didn’t go to school. They probably pay someone in their name to get a license for them because that’s how shady they are. They can’t even do simple designs which is why I’ll never get an acrylic set here.
