I’m a DIY novice and while replacing a plug socket into the wall there was a loud pop and the power went out to half of my house. I reset the fuse box but that didn’t fix it. I called Montillo late on a Sunday and the chap actually talked me through how to properly reset the fuse - which worked - and advised on how to properly replace the plug socket. All totally for free, over the phone. Unbelievable service, and this will be my first point of call for future electrical needs!
