The very first time I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice older lady, who I believe is probably the owner. She asked me when I needed my suit by—a great question that I have never been asked by a dry cleaner before. She engaged in some friendly small talk (very funny too, with a great sense of humor) and offered me a bottle of water and two Tootsie Rolls on my way out.

I recommend this business to every person I know, and I recommend it to you too. While I would be lying if I said I could speak to the quality of the dry cleaning itself—I’m just not well-versed in what good vs. bad looks like; it’s just something that gets done. That said, I know for a fact the level of care put into customer service has to extend to the garment cleaning itself. People who take pride in what they do like that generally extend that effort to everything they do.“
