Since having a baby I’ve suffered from chronic upper body/shoulder pain from carrying my daughter + breast feeding. I decided to try acupuncture at HM&B and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only has it improved my pain but has also alleviated the mounds of stress that comes with being a mom. I can’t thank Roseanne and her team enough! Do yourself a favor and indulge in self care I promise it’s worth it.
The staff is very professional and welcoming. My 16 year old daughter and I go for treatment and it's a great way for her to learn about holistic medicine and self care. The office and treatment rooms are tastefully decorated that allows one to relax.
Healthy Mind and Body Acupuncture succeeded where other treatments had fallen short. For nearly a year, I struggled with a stubborn hamstring issue that persisted despite physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, targeted exercise, and a variety of other modalities.
