Nick was great! He communicated ahead of his arrival, did a thorough walkthrough of the house, and set up traps where needed. He explained what he was doing throughout the visit and walked us through what our options could be moving forward. He was also very accommodating with our schedule to arrange a follow-up visit. We really appreciated his help!
We had a great experience with Cooper Pest Solutions! The technician was super friendly, punctual, and very mindful of our home. It feels amazing to have a reliable company keeping our family safe from pests.
I called on Sunday for an exterminator for ants and left a message. I received a call back first thing Monday morning . I spoke to Eileen who was very helpful, and got me an appointment for Wednesday morning. She clearly explained all the details to me. I look forward to working with this company should I have any problems in the future. Rafael was my service tech and he was excellent!
