We had a great experience with Cooper Pest Solutions! The technician was super friendly, punctual, and very mindful of our home. It feels amazing to have a reliable company keeping our family safe from pests.
I called on Sunday for an exterminator for ants and left a message. I received a call back first thing Monday morning . I spoke to Eileen who was very helpful, and got me an appointment for Wednesday morning. She clearly explained all the details to me. I look forward to working with this company should I have any problems in the future. Rafael was my service tech and he was excellent!
Wonderful service! we’ve had a few instances over the years (wasps and wood roaches) and cooper pest is always quick to respond and quick to send out a technician. We were worried that having a pet would limit the help we could get, but that wasn’t the case. We got the ongoing protection plan after the initial service and it has been worth every cent.
