Luc and Nick spent a few hours trying to resolve an Outlook issue on my Windows machine. They were knowledgeable, persistent, and good company, giving detailed updates throughout. I think my email app may be functioning better now than it has in years.

He’s patient, thorough, and makes sure no question is a “bad question.” He genuinely looks out for our best interest and won’t move on until we’re confident with what we’ve learned. Great trainer!
