The trainers at Striven are incredible- You can tell they really care and want you to be comfortable and understand how Striven works. The last time we migrated to a new tool the company taught us the basics and sent us on our way, not with Striven they put in countless hours answering questions and showing us the best practices. Hamin was a phenomenal help!!! Hamin had to try multiple processes to get the printer connected but he stayed optimistic, patient, and communicative the whole time. Hamin was clear in instructions when I needed to find an IP address or device name. So happy I can print from my own computer this school year :)!!!!!!
