Yes, this is a long review, but for good reason. Please take the time to read it, if you are looking for an excellent HVAC company. Before I start, please know it’s rare for me to write a review for a company, but every once in a great while, I come across a company who truly deserves a positive review. Jonathan’s Heating & Air Conditioning Company is one of those rare companies that truly deserves a great review. On May 1, 2024, I had a company (not Jonathan’s, as I hadn’t heard of them yet), install a brand new HVAC unit in my home. I have nothing but great things to say about Jonathan‘s plumbing. They were a tremendous help and their services were very cost-effective. I ran into one of their plumbers while I was at Lowe’s, looking for the parts to fix my problem. When I told him I was planning to fix the problem myself, he was actually really helpful and showed me what I would need to use and gave me some description of how I would do it. He did then tell me that if I wanted to use their services, that they would give me a great price and could see me as early as the next morning. I declined as I was set to fix it myself. Rec’d a tankless water heater service, flush, & descaler. Ethan was great & very informative. Also called in to gain details on future serv as AC season approaches. Would highly recommend & use Jonathan Plumbing Heating & AC again. Will be doing our AC service in the near future.
