Ben the Plumber is a top-notch, reliable, and knowledgeable plumber. He is extremely nice, professional, friendly, and very trustworthy. He responds quickly, arrives promptly, and is always on time and flexible. He does wonderful work, fixes problems thoroughly, and provides common sense advice. He explains issues patiently and clearly. His prices are extremely reasonable, fair, and great. Customers highly recommend him for all plumbing needs and state he is the only plumber they will use, calling him again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience with Ben, he responded quickly when our water heater went out, replaced it and ended up installing a new outside frost free faucet as well. Very fair price and common sense advice for our home.
