I've been going to the Haven for several years to get my nails done. Very happy with the experience. Since Covid many precautions have been put in place which make me feel secure there.

I work a block away so after work I come there to get my nails done. They were great and kind to me. I believe the guys name was Jack that did my pedicure the last time and he was wonderful. He took his time and treated my feet good, after a long day of work I needed some TLC to my feet. Wonderful and clean place! Definitely going to make them my permanent place.

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, but I was so let down after my visit here. My gel manicure was streaky, my thumbnails were different shapes, and my cuticles bled which never happens at other places. What really got me though was that my polish started chipping after only 5 days. Only reason I'm giving three stars is because they took excellent COVID precautions and I don't want to completely judge a place from one visit.
