Went there for 5pm appointment checked in at 4pm got door by 5:45 pm and than paperwork at 9:45 pm … I went to saw what taking so long the guy who was loading kept on texting keeping pallets in front of trailer door and after 5 or 10 minutes he feels like now it’s time to load that’s how it took him 4 hour to load . …..

My download experience at this location was successful. The girl near the window quickly gave me the door, they loaded it in an hour. The papers were handed over quickly. Thank you!!!

Some experience are good and some are just so bad.
Had a great experience here though. My appointment was at 12:00 pm, I arrived there around 10:50 am, the lady was nice and bumped me up to 11:00 am.
Got loaded in like 20 minutes.
It was only 4 pallets 🤷🏾‍♂️
They called me right away and got my papers.
Then I was out…
