I noticed water on the bathroom floor thinking it was the seal. It was not. It was coming out internally requiring a repair or a replacement. I chose replacement as the toliet is approximately 30 years old that I had put in when I purchased my home.
I called Max at Toledo Plumbing at approximately 4:30 on June 23rd. Explained the issue. His plumber Carlos was here bright and early this morning June 24th and replaced the toliet with ease. Very professional, courteous, respectful and worked very clean. It was a pleasure working with Max and Carlos from Toledo plumbing. They are my go to as I have used them for my waterheater replacement and hose connection in the past.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company. My toilet was clogged last night but we’ve had a main line issue before. Maks sent his workers within the hour of my phone call. The technician was respectful, kind, and extremely professional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently while making sure the job was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. The service was prompt, clean, and fairly priced. Had an emergency leak based on my toilet’s seal. Called Toledo and they sent out a plumber by the name of Carlos the same day. He arrived on time was extremely friendly and professional. He got the job done swiftly and was clearly very knowledgeable. He also exercised great due diligence in testing the toilet and ensuring there was no leak and that the seal was holding correctly. He was an all around professional and I would highly recommend the services of Toledo to any of my friends and family.
