From terribly stained clothes to repairs, I only use Sir Francis because I know everything will be correct. Recently, I needed a shirt I put in for dry cleaning but the office was closed. “Great first experience!! They cleaned my white designer sweater. I foolishly carried a dark brown suede tote on my shoulder all day in NYC and one entire side of the sweater had brown color transfer. They cleaned all of it!! My sweater looks like new, they even removed and reattached all of the embroidery. Thank you!!“

“In general, I’ve been happy with the service. However, I brought a few vintage items in - Armani linen pants, a 70s wool top - and after being dry cleaned, the zippers are now very tough to zip. I’m assuming the chemicals in the dry cleaning process permanently damaged the functionality which is quite disappointing. I wish more care had been taken to avoid applying the chemicals to the vintage zippers which cannot handle the same chemical treatment newer zippers can.“
