The owner is not rude. The owner is matter of fact and tells it like it is, without sugar coating. If you want to be coddled and cuddled, get an interior decorator and bring them with you.
Note: this is not Target. Do not come in thinking you can pick up some curtain rods for 1.99. They carry quality items and they will explain that to you - that's not rude, that's honest.
We have been in the showroom many times and I have never encountered cigarette smoke (and I would notice, I am allergic to it) so don't know what that review was about.

Milton Fabrics has been around for a long time but i never had the occasion to use them until recently. My Dining Room chairs needed to be completely reupholstered . Milton is almost overwheming in their choices. When you think you've looked everywhere you find out theres an upstairs with hundreds of choices ! One of the owners helped us to pick correctly by pointing out what the rub number meant and what was best for my chairs. After our 2nd visit we found the perfect fabric after 10 minutes !
