Been coming here for some time. The staff here has been consistently good. The wait times, even when seats are filled, isn't too bad. The negative stars are for the new check in process. Someone had a 'genius' idea to require checking in at a kiosk. Not unreasonable for a regular doctors visit but for an urgent care???? I saw a sickly elderly woman struggle to pull out her ID, scan it, complete prompts for information... another person brought themselves in and was clearly out of it, but apparently had a past due bill still being processed by insurance and couldn't check in???It's clear the staff is frustrated with this. Medical center, two floors, with a lab and imaging facilities downstairs and upstairs pediatrics. Appointments are sometimes hard to get so call and be prepared to wait a while for providers. The staff is friendly and the people around have a sense of humor as we waited. Check in was relatively painless, and visit wasn't rushed at all.
Edit:Pros: They do their due diligence of uploading records and they do give timely callbacks. The rotation system of changing Ob/gyns for every appointment is something you can opt out of doing and is more of a suggestion. I have met with other Ob/gyns besides my primary and they're great. The nurses are exceptional. I have called a few times with random pregnancy-related issues and they have handled it systematically and with great patience every single time. Dr. Seymour and the office was much more systematic with his approach with me in the first appointments, and I prefer a physician who is willing to look at the evidence before deciding a diagnosis.
