Rented a violin from this location and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was helpful during both the rental and return process. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to rent an instrument. Parking is in the back lot, and the entrance is easy to miss if you’re driving by too fast!

The service and help was exceptional!! They went above and beyond in helping me restring my violin and fixing a peg. Would not go any where else.

We are done with Music & Arts. Here we go again chasing an order for items the system says are in stock and can be picked ked up. Some nice people truly try and help and find them in another M&A store. But then other are directly rude, do not call back triggering more wasted trips to store. It can happen once or twice but this is at least a handful of times now in a year. Done. A shame as it is otjerwise a good store witj passionate musicians but they are useless at running the store. Someone else can get our money now.

If I could give a zero I would. If you go into the store, they tell you to fill out a rental request online. If you order online, it doesn’t come from the local store and no one seems to know where the instrument is or when it will be delivered. It wasn’t delivered when it was supposed to be, I canceled the order and was told I would be refunded, then the instrument was delivered. I returned the instrument and have still not seen my refund.

You come in no one ask you if you need help and just look at you. No attempt in fact. When you pay no manners nor thank you. A little surprised since my experience in the past was better.
