“Looking for a live-in aide for a loved one can be very stressful, but Irish Robles was amazing to deal with! She was such a calming presence and was available at all times, day or night, to answer any questions and alleviate any fears I might have had. Between Irish and Amy, I truly felt that I wasn't alone in this. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I hope The Senior Company knows what an asset they have in both of these ladies!The only thing I can suggest for The Senior Company to improve on in the future would be to make sure there aren't any issues with language barriers between aides and their patients. This was something that was a bit of an issue in our situation. Thinking that time would resolve it - sometimes just spending more time makes it easier for people to understand each other's accents - I wasn't too concerned...at first.Once it was clear that the situation wasn't improving, Irish and Amy made the decision to find a better match for my family member, proving to me, once again, that they have the patient's best interests in mind.I would absolutely recommend The Senior Company to anyone looking for help for their loved ones!!“

“ABC Services are so wonderful to work for. Very nice and sweet staff.. Especially Bradley.. He’s very knowledgable about the company, the history of it and who holds what position. He definitely knows where you need to go with any particular issue. He’s super hands on but is also very humorous and intelligent. He made my onboarding process really smooth when I started approximately 3 months ago… He’s such an asset to ABC.. I think we need more “Bradley’s” in the world… The caregivers do wonderful jobs taking care of the clients so that they can live a longer and with a better quality of life as much as possible.“
