I unfortunately called the day before my appointment so I felt like I should just go with who they had available. I will give the girl credit for telling me that she could not do the haircut that I wanted, I was happy that she was honest and I tipped her as such. But my question is should I have paid $70 for a trim? And I didn't even get the haircut I wanted. what I wanted was what they call a stack or an inverted bob. I didn't tip her because she gave me a great haircut. It was too short and she decided to do layers which I really didn't want. However the salon was nice the people were nice. Could the receptionist have been better? Absolutely! Could they have possibly found me somebody who could do the haircut I wanted? Maybe. I don't know because it wasn't offered. The customer service was not at the level of what I paid for. Needless to say I was very disappointed. You don't always get what you pay for in Livingston. It's a shame because the salon has potential.

Stephen is a great hair cutter. He started at Vidal Sassoon and is an expert in hair coloring also. I highly recommend him. He listens to what you say and makes sure you leave satisfied with his work.

Frank is not only the nicest guy in the world but in all the years that I've been going to Focus On Hair, I have never been disappointed. Quite the opposite! Franks incredible skill in color is amazing! I can guarantee that anyone who goes to Focus on Hair will be more than pleased! All the hairdressers are top of the line!
