Working with Marsha was the best experience all around. At first, I thought that I could sell my property on my own (I must have been out of my mind). When that didn’t work well, I reluctantly decided to work with a Realtor. I was very skeptical about doing this because I wanted to sell my property for nothing less than what I wanted, and did not want to hear anything different. Marsha was recommended to me, and I agreed to speak with her before making a decision on the Realtor I would use. Without giving away her approach, I will just say that she was very thorough in her review of the property and with how much she thought that I could list the property for, and why. It was more than I thought and her strategy was perfect! I liked her style. Her approach and the methodical way she was going to go about marketing the property was on point. I could go on and on, but since she has fantastic negotiation skills, we had multiple prospective Buyers within an extremely short time. We settled on one Buyer, and Marsha worked side-by-side with me through everything, including some unexpected speed bumps along the way to a successful sale. Marsha is calm, cool, and collected even in stressful situations. She is impressive and I was and am impressed! What a blessing she is, She is always available to assist and never considers her Clients a bother. I recommend Marsha to anyone buying or selling a home!
