You would think you would be greeted with more kindness and compassion when reaching out to a behavioral health center, unfortunately that was not the case. The receptionist has a nasty attitude and zero compassion. If you can’t speak to someone with human decency do not take a job where people are reaching out in their most vulnerable moments. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve, as this did not feel like an isolated issue. At this time, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

My partner called to ask about pricing and oh my god the lady was so nasty that I think I need therapy now from that phone call. Go somewhere else not worth the extra trauma

Terrible service. Girl at the front desk had no idea what she was talking about.

Based on our experience, I would encourage others to avoid these providers at all costs. This service seems totally disconnected from the rest of Summit Health. My experience with other parts of Summit Health has been generally good but the behavioral health division is a total disgrace. The experience was unprofessional at best! First of all, the therapist Jessica Glastein canceled on us with very short notice TWICE. After requesting a new therapist, we inadvertently missed the appointment - our fault for sure although for telehealth visits the usual practice from other providers at Summit Health is to send a reminder on the day of the scheduled appointment with the link. No such reminder was sent. Then to our surprise, we were billed $100 for this "canceled" appointment. It would be nice if I could charge Summit Health $200 for the TWO appointments they missed. Double standards must be nice. This charge annoys me because it is way beyond standard industry practice. Typically, providers charge $25 or roughly the same as a standard copay. $100 is an outrage. Additionally, this fee was NEVER disclosed anywhere. Absolutely disgusting practice! This whole experience has been a nightmare. Imagine a service that is supposed to have a positive impact on mental health actually having a negative impact instead. I canceled all future appointments with them and will never again associate with these people. To add insult to injury, actual doctors are not even available for patients. Instead, patients are only able to speak with counselors I was told. I should have known better when the scheduler revealed this information.A total disappointment!

Please avoid at all costs. Treatment under this group spiraled me into a much worse mental state than I began with. I’m left with permanent distrust in doctors and severe reluctance to ever seek help again. Thousands of dollars down the drain
