By the end of the session, my eyes felt clearer and my head noticeably lighter. I spend a lot of time working on the computer and using my phone, and I could truly feel the accumulated fatigue melt away.
They also helped release tension in my shoulders and neck, which made a huge difference in relieving work-related stress. It honestly felt like a mini retreat.
If time allowed, I would definitely go more often. It’s honestly a bit addictive in the best way. Highly recommended.“
