I participated in Gina's yoga teacher training in 2026 and it was so fun. The course is incredibly comprehensive and inclusive for all skill levels, covering everything from assisting and accommodating students with specific backgrounds and injuries to yoga history and philosophy, meditation, and asanas. Coming out of it, I feel way more knowledgeable about yoga and confident to teach and share that knowledge with others. Plus, it brought me together with an amazing group of yogis. I can't recommend this place enough!”

Carrie, the owner/esthetician is very warm & welcoming with terrific attention to detail for an stress-free relaxing experience. The surroundings are pleasingly cozy comfortable & relaxing, like visiting an old friend. It is by appointment only which made me feel I was a valued client. I appreciate the care put into the experience. The cozy sitting area, immaculately clean surroundings, relaxing music. I truly loved my experience here and highly recommend it.”
