420 NJ-34 #317, Colts Neck“After surviving breast cancer, I felt completely shattered. Chemo, radiation, and multiple surgeries had left my body weak and my spirit fragile, and I wasn’t sure if I’d ever feel like myself again. Finding Dr. Nancy at the Holistic Wholeness Institute was life-changing. She met me where I was — exhausted, scared, and unsure how to reclaim my health — and guided me step by step, not just toward recovery, but toward understanding my body and what it truly needs to heal. Through her holistic approach, I’ve learned how to nourish my body, restore my energy, and care for my mind and spirit. Slowly, my strength returned, my sleep improved, my mind cleared, and I began to trust my body again. I’ve learned tools, habits, and insights that I will carry for the rest of my life, and I’ve discovered that healing is not just about surviving, but about reclaiming vitality, balance, and joy. Because of Dr. Nancy, I don’t just survive — I feel alive again, stronger, wiser, and more in tune with my body, mind, and soul than I ever thought possible. For this I am forever grateful. 1270 NJ-35 SUITE 1, Middletown“Dr. Dave Switay has been treating me for persistent hip pain during the past few months. He is an excellent Physical Therapist! I say this with great confidence because I have worked with multiply impaired students and their PTs for the past 30 years. He is very thorough with his initial assessment and really listens to his patients. He is compasionate and spends time with each of his patients evaluating and developing a plan based upon each individual's needs. Additionally he helped me with navigating through the orthopedic system which can be very overwhelming! Although my issues may never fully resolve without surgery my pain is much more manageable and my strength and range of motion have improved!
Before I end this review I must mention how fantastic the support staff is! From Izzy who works with me and my crazy schedule to the various techs and assistants that monitor each person's exercise plan. The staff is friendly and makes everyone from babies to adults feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!“

1540 W Park Ave, Tinton Falls“This review is specifically for Alyssa the acupuncturist who I’ve gone to see for many years. Her ability to make you feel calm and know that what you’re feeling is not crazy, to help you understand why some of the pain you may be feeling maybe something energetically or emotionally and how acupuncture can help is what makes her stand out. She is by far one of the best!“

After 1 session I felt so much better: I was standing up straighter; my back and spine felt so much more relaxed. I've done a lot of massages, yoga, Pilates, stretching, and chiropractic appointments. This was by far the best treatment I ever had.“

“I had broken the radius and ulna in my right upper forearm, and it required surgery. Initially I had been going to a PT that was part of the orthopedic practice, during which I did all the exercises on my own for thirty minutes, and then a person massaged my arm for about seven minutes, followed by ice. I thought this was how PT was done.
But my wife encouraged me to switch to Donna, and I am so glad I did. Donna stayed with me for most of my first two sessions, working with me interactively in utilizing a number of new techniques and exercises. She was always concerned with improving the functionality in my hand, adding or modifying exercises as needed. She has to juggle multiple patients simultaneously, but she always manages to appear just as I am finishing up my “three reps of fifteen each”. Donna is the best PT I have ever had, and I highly recommend her and her staff.“
