“I highly recommend Caroline for pelvic floor prep during pregnancy and postpartum. She helped me with sciatic pain and pelvic floor pain while I was pregnant. It helped relieve as much pain as possible when you’re growing a little one. Also after having a baby it was nice to have support for you body going through so much. She helped relieve pain due to pregnancy where I was back to running after 12 weeks postpartum. Loved her!!!!!“

“This is my second time at sports care with my physical therapist, Ken, Bordfeld. Along with his intense knowledge of the physical anatomy, he is an expert on personal form, perfection and aim for the quickest and most efficient recovery for every individual so you could resume your natural life style! I say this with true sincerity most people cannot wait to leave physical therapy. I was very emotional and did not wanna leave. I had a severe dislocate in my hip, cannot help me heal physically, but also emotionally I would recommend anybody to first speak with him before you sign up with any other therapist or agency. He also makes it a lot of fun. He is a history major and will give you a question of the day. “I love this place, what a great group of people. The staff are amazing. Owen and the social workers are always busy helping everyone. Gigi and all the girls at the front and in the office are all so friendly and happy and just light up your day especially when your blue. They will always have your back and that's a good feeling.The food is great. I love Sarah's mac & cheese with the ziti noodles, it's fantastic. All the meals are pretty good for the budget they have to work with. They clearly work miracles with that budget. Sundays they always order lunch for everyone from a local restaurant. I think it's great how they support the community that way.They are very responsive to their clients. They set up a area with a brand new xbox and new controllers and a big TV for us because we asked them too.There are stores everywhere on the same block as JSADC, it's great. It gave me the ability to grab anything I needed for myself. I spent a lot of days laying in the sand at the beach and playing pool on one of the 2 pool tables in the back. Sometimes my GF would come visit on Sundays and we would all play a Lil pool tournament. Good times. I'm glad they drove so far there and back to get me. Physical therapy really helped too, a great professional team, and lots of cool young people who contribute to the facility while completing a medical degree.Well I really miss all my family at JSADC. I hope this coronavirus thing goes away and we can all spend many more happy hours there, especially around the pool table.“

I sought out Rolfing after a brief exposure to it in the past with my own physical therapy continuing education courses.I had come to Frome PT with right shoulder pain and radiculopathy. My initial symptoms began to resolve after my first few sessions, and I was delighted to have also noticed relief of my plantar fasciitis. My daughter has made tremendous progress thanks to Dr Bri’s professional, compassionate, and thorough treatment.Dr Bri is always pleasant and upbeat. She takes the time to explain the therapy and recommend at-home follow up. She is always available to answer questions.
