Alison is an extraordinary Physical Therapist, very experienced and knowledgeable who never gives up on her chronic pain patients. If you feel like you've hit a "plateau" with your current PT but are still in pain and haven't met your goals, go see Alison and see if she can get you over that hurdle to better pain relief and function. I promise you, she will be worth it! She is a healer.

I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with Inner Dynamics Physical Therapy for addressing my bladder control issues and nocturia that were related to my benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).After being diagnosed with BPH by a urologist, I had sought various treatments and solutions, but the outcomes were never as satisfactory as the progress I've made at Inner Dynamics. Inner Dynamics Physical Therapy is the largest pelvic health center in New Jersey, with two office locations in Ocean and Toms River. We treat pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pre-partum/post-partum, pelvic floor dysfunction, male pelvic pain, low back, hip, abdominal, and groin pain, bladder dysfunction, constipation, post-surgical conditions, and general orthopedic conditions. We especially love educating our community about pelvic health, so no one had to live silently in pain. We enjoy sharing the latest pelvic floor techniques, and are the pelvic health consultants to USA Weightlifting and USA Powerlifting. We work with women, men, and children of all ages.
