Brian is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Prior to the inspection date, he provided information on how to prepare the spaces for the home inspection and sent timely appointment reminders. On the date of the inspection, he explained what he would do, detailed his findings as he went along, provided proper recommendations and answered any question I had. He cleared up the uncertainty and made the home inspection a very nice experience.
