I called this company because I couldn’t get my pilot lit. I thought it was because of the flu because there was so much air coming in and blowing out the pilot. Don walked me through how to fix it and it worked. I will definitely have him out to do the maintenance in the fall. Thanks again Don ?

Don was terrific with my Fireplace issue. On a Sunday, Don walked me through everything on the phone and explained in detail for almost an hour until I was able to fix the issue. Don did not charge me anything and never need to come to my house to work on the issue. Hi highly recommend Don!

I had Don a year ago to service my gas fireplace. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his willing to give me some tips to save on repairs. The bill was reasonable, he left the area clean, and the fireplace worked perfectly.Last week I could’nt get the fireplace to light. I called Don and he was kind enough to walk me through the process to get it started over the phone….no charge. Great guy, great service. Thanks Don!!!Joyce Hoover
