I had Don a year ago to service my gas fireplace. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his willing to give me some tips to save on repairs. The bill was reasonable, he left the area clean, and the fireplace worked perfectly.Last week I could’nt get the fireplace to light. I called Don and he was kind enough to walk me through the process to get it started over the phone….no charge. Great guy, great service. Thanks Don!!!Joyce Hoover
Don thanks so much for your knowledge and expertise. Even during your peak season you manage to find time for me. You certainly new our old guy was about twenty five years old just by looking at it. I thank you for the time you spent talking with me and truly appreciate your honesty, hard work and kindness.
I called Don because I was unable to get the pilot light on my fireplace to light. He was able to walk me through the steps, over the phone, to get it lit. He was very easy going and didn’t rush the process, but let me ask questions at my speed.Would definitely recommend you to consider using Fireplaces First!Thanks, Don!
