Angie was easy to get in touch with even at 9pm. Had a tech(Rob) on the other line helping to problem solve with what we could do. Had a tech(Tom) out at 8am next day. Unfortunately had to replace half of the unit, that she took that extra mile to check out that it was covered under warranty, and able to get the part expedited. Highly recommend!
Our instant hot water heater went back during a very cold spell and Angie and Marc came to the rescue. Not only was their price lower than the others, they realized our dilemma and ensured our pipes/house was not at risk of freezing or breaking. The work they did was amazing, on the replacement, I can't recommend them any higher.
