Having recently returned to yoga practice after a serious illness, I feel truly blessed to have discovered Heidi and Hummingbird. Heidi and her entire team of wonderful teachers are knowledgeable, welcoming and caring. They are also well-versed in the philosophical underpinnings of yoga, not strictly its physical manifestations. I would enthusiastically recommend Hummingbird for any yoga participant, regardless of age or experience level. This is an amazing little place.

I recently just finished Heidi’s YTT and I have to say I came out with a completely different positive view of life and the world. The knowledge that Heidi has on the philosophy, physical and all mental aspects of yoga is so vast and she’s constantly learning more. I highly coming to this studio if you’re interested in yoga teacher training or even just coming for classes all the teachers are lovely and welcoming.
