This business is like a factory in that they get you in and out. No banter, no warmth, just straight to the point. However, Daniela at the front desk was so friendly and very helpful. Such a wonderful to way to be greeted as you enter a business! She gets three of the four stars in the rating.
Great experience for a first time customer. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Luna took the extra time to make sure I was happy with my glasses. I received a call back a few days later just to check in and make sure everything was good.
