“Been coming to this location since I moved from Long Island. Employees are very nice, helpful, and are honest when asked for best packages and recommended time on each bed. I came to this location on Tuesday 4/29 around 7:30 pm. Upon entering beach bum there were a group pf two young women and one man and another woman walked in right behind me. I was buying a new package so I said to the young female employee I was in no rush and I would wait.
The first group of three were extremely rude to the young female employee who was trying to answer their questions about a Tuesday deal? In addition to answering the phone. One young girl demanded “stickies” and rudely said she wanted a “sexy” sticker for her body.
The young female employee was very calm and patient.
This evening 5/1 I entered the store and again there was a customer arguing rudely to a young male employee. He was being very professional and trying to explain but this woman was just not understanding. She then yelled as she was exiting “my son is a lawyer you’ll be hearing from him.” There should definitely be more than one employee working at this location since everyone seems so angry these days. Kudos to the employees here for trying their best even when dealing with difficult customers!“
