Bed 16 is great but I tried a different bed today for the first time and I specifically asked the front desk person if it had mist capability and she said "yes". Unfortunately, there wasn't ANY water in the machine. She told me to make an appointment for bed 16 next time. Still, that has nothing to do with the fact that she didn't check the bed for water to make sure it was working properly. It would have been good customer service for her to ask her manager if she could offer me something to make up for a less-than-stellar experience. initially i had a bad experience with the package expiration and BBT immediately rectified the issue and to my pleasant surprise added an extra session. i find comfort in knowing they value their customers. so i wanted to update my review since i sincerely didn't expect the extra service of concern for my experience. Gabby thanks again for your assistance and genuine concern. much appreciated! highly recommend BBT in bayonne! the facility is truly nice and clean.

Came here for the first time today and LOVED it. This is my first time ever tanning and it was a simple easy process. My wedding is coming up soon so I wanted to make sure I looked my best. Gina was patient, answered all my questions and really helped me choose the package , bed and lotion that was best for me and my skin. I have type 4 skin so we decided on a platinum package in a lay down bed. I couldn't believe how tan I was already in one visit. At first I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect, but with Gina's help, my time at the salon was a stress reliever. Can't wait to go back!
