Kowalski Funeral Home is an excellent place that provides a beautifully decorated and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, especially Terry and Nick, are described as wonderful, supportive, and patient, guiding families through difficult situations with attention and compassion. They are a good source of knowledge and very straightforward, making the process easy. Clients express gratitude for the exceptional service and care they received in planning meaningful tributes and memorials. The staff is hands on and available, answering every phone call and every text. They make you feel like family and work hard to ensure you can grieve without any issues.
The Kowalski Funeral Home provided a truly beautiful service for our mom. Terry and Nick Kowalski are more than just consummate professionals....they are kind and loving individuals. In this day and age, it's rare to find a funeral home that provides such personal and caring services. Thank you Terry and Nick.

I want to start by saying thank you to Terry and Nick. Losing my mom was not easy and being an only child I had no partner to bear some of the burden with. I found Terry to be a good source of knowledge and very straight forward. (That is my style). If you are looking to go somewhere and cry on there shoulder, this might not be the place for you.
But the intake process is pretty lengthy. It took about 2 hours in total to complete all of the paperwork and making choices about the services. This could easily take 3-4 hours if you are not sure what you want or if you are a very indecisive person.
