Bob was very knowledgeable and his explanation was interactive and showed me what was wrong with my AC unit. Diagnosed the issue in under 10 minutes and had me up and running in under an hour. Bob was reasonable and fair with pricing. He also took a complimentary look at my boiler system and water heater. Scheduling was very pleasant and attentive to my availability. Confirmed the day of and was punctual.
