Had a shower issue. Thomas and Graham arrived promply and took care of it. The house is 35 years old and had them return 2 days later to work on existing fittings that needed to be replaced. It was clear they spent extra time to do things right when previous work was sub par. The piece of mind I have now is priceless. Months later I talked to a friend who lives locally and had major issues with outside piping. He discribed two guys from Polite Plumber who did such a great job. I could tell it was Thomas and Graham! Knew then they deserved to be acknowledged.
These guys are great. Honest reliable and you know upfront what youre going to pay. Their guys go above and beyond..I cant say enough about The Polite Plumber...would highly recommend!!!
Amazing service! Our well pump died all of a sudden about 6pm and the team were with us within an hour. They were extremely helpful and knowledgable and fixed several things for us, and gave us lots of helpful information. We’re really grateful to them for their quick and efficient service, and for being nice to our dog :)
