We had a problem with one of our pipes and our boiler after a pipe burst. We called Petro, who we have a service contract with, and they sent out a kid who didn't know how to solder pipes and put a pipe in and it was still leaking... in turn Petro told us to get our own plumber. Anyway... we called the Polite Plumber, Jessica on the phone was super friendly and got out a tech early the next morning. Kyle showed up and was extremely professional, answered all my questions and got our water back on really fast. Our crawl space is pretty horrible but Kyle did the work with a smile and couldn't be nicer about it. I will definitely be calling them again.
They were great and I will definitely work with them again in the future if I ever need plumbing help again. Needed help replacing a whole house water filter for my well water and could not remove the filter housing, I tried everything and it would not budge an inch. Scheduled an appointment over the phone and they sent out Travis to take a look and see what he can do. He was able to crack it loose but also told me reasons why it would be stuck and how to prevent it from getting stuck in the future. Very happy with the service I received and how on top of things they are
I have been a customer of Polite Plumber for 20+ years. They are my first go-to for plumbing. Always answer phone promptly, and get issue resolved in timely fashion. The techs are always professional, polite and knowledgeable.
As for price, I believe you get what you pay for.
