ActiveCare Physical Therapy in Ledgewood, NJ, has a highly competent, warm, friendly, engaged staff who individualize each patient. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. The staff is top notch; they truly care about your recovery and work with you to achieve your goals. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and astute to each situation. The facility and equipment are clean and well maintained. The equipment is top notch. The Ledgewood location has made recovery feel much easier, lighter and actually doable. Quality of life has improved. Within a few sessions, issues were on their way to resolving. Parking can be a hassle as the facility is lacking spaces.
The therapists and assistants are exceptional. They are friendly, well mannered and enjoy their responsibilities, making it so pleasant to show up and work out. Mike and Scott are approachable and knowledgeable of the processes.
The entire team is friendly,professional,and genuinely dedicated to helping you recover. They listen to your concerns and adjust to your needs when needed. If you are looking for physical therapy that gets results, I highly recommend Active Care.
Active care is a great place for physical therapy needs. The place is clean and comfortable. The front desk reps.(Camila) are friendly and professional. My therapist Mike R. has been a great help with relieving my knee and back pain, very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.
