Visited the Perth store yesterday, the member of staff we spoke to was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Talked us through the different types of flooring and advised on those most suitable for the space we need it for. It was later in the day and close to closing time but we didn’t feel rushed at all. Greg, the owner, knows his flooring and is very helpful. The quality of the wood is wonderful and he is very up front about lead time needed to order wood. He also has a good stock of beautiful hardwoods. Just be sure to make an appointment with him as he is not always in the building.
