Dr. Lorraine Marks is by far the most empathetic, and emotionally connected doctor of veterinary medicine. Whether it is a routine visit or an emergency, Willie has always been handled with loving care. She and her entire staff are an undeniable contribution to Willie's health and longevity. Regardless of the situation, we have always experienced love, caring and professionalism with every visit. Thank you for being an irreplaceable part of our lives with our beloved fur babies.

Sad day today, had to put our cat down today. The Dr Rodriguez who we saw was wonderful he sat with us for our final good bye on the back lawn of the hospital while he went to sleep forever. Loki wasn't a normal cat but the staff made it just a little bit better knowing he's not in pain anymore. To anyone in the same position I highly recommend these people. On the brighter side we still have 2 other feline members of our family persephone and hatie little black fur balls, I only hope they enjoy the long life loki did.

Back in July and family and I were given the news that our cat had IVVD. We met with a neurologist who diagnosed him with a brain tumor (non removable via surgery).
I met with Dr. Chang and his team to discuss radiation options. He is one of the most caring specialists I have ever met. Our consultation was over an hour long and we came up with a game plan then.
Treatment was very hard, our cat almost didn't make it - but he understood our needs and we understood his professional opinions.
To keep things short - our cat is now 100% back to living his normal life and a few months ago he was not walking.
