Sad day today, had to put our cat down today. The Dr Rodriguez who we saw was wonderful he sat with us for our final good bye on the back lawn of the hospital while he went to sleep forever. Loki wasn't a normal cat but the staff made it just a little bit better knowing he's not in pain anymore. To anyone in the same position I highly recommend these people. On the brighter side we still have 2 other feline members of our family persephone and hatie little black fur balls, I only hope they enjoy the long life loki did.

Went there 3 weeks ago, recommended by our vet. Our dog had a horrible cough. Service was fine but never got results back after repeated calls never had a call back. Finally today we called and were informed that the labs were never sent out - MAYBE- they aren’t sure! I’m not holding my breath for the call back. $1100 investment!!!!

Back in July and family and I were given the news that our cat had IVVD. We met with a neurologist who diagnosed him with a brain tumor (non removable via surgery).
I met with Dr. Chang and his team to discuss radiation options. He is one of the most caring specialists I have ever met. Our consultation was over an hour long and we came up with a game plan then.
Treatment was very hard, our cat almost didn't make it - but he understood our needs and we understood his professional opinions.
To keep things short - our cat is now 100% back to living his normal life and a few months ago he was not walking.
I highly recommend the radiology team and Dr. Chang at AERA.

Everyone was so nice my cat was taken in almost immediately reducing stress for the animal and myself. I got lost trying to fine the new place and the woman at the desk talked me into the hospital parking lot.

When my regular vet was closed on a weekend and my 15 1/2 year old dachshund who had been vomiting for the past 24 hours I went to this practice. I was very pleased with the care provided by Dr. Kwan and her staff. Dr Kwan explained what tests she wanted to run along with the cost. My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis and they provided her with the immediate care to help her feel better along with instructions for me to follow with additional medications and food upon discharge. I highly recommend this practice as I had used it once before in an emergency situation for this same pet 14 years earlier and have consistently been satisfied with their expertise in diagnosing, treating, and caring for my pet.
