Dr Marks is the best! my dog Norman LOVES her and he’s usually picky with certain people. You can tell she has that love for ALL animals and is willing to do whatever’s necessary for both the animal and the owner. Her staff is also super helpful and extremely caring. Can’t recommend this place enough for any dog owners
After DECADES of going some place else, I made the tough decision to switch after a few issues brought up my dog’s annual visit were dismissed.Round Valley welcomed me in, took a good look at my boy, confirmed one issue (it wasn’t as bad as I thought, but was there) and recorded another to keep an eye on.The other place said my 3 year old dog needed severe dental work when I brush his teeth a few times a week and back teeth are white. Round Valley was impressed by his mouth and marveled by saying “wow, pet owners usually miss the back teeth! You are using the safest and best dental bones on the market”THANK YOU ROUND VALLEY!
Dr. Marks and her staff are great. I've been taking my many pets to Dr. Marks for more than ten years. Dr. Marks and her staff clearly care. Anyone that suggests that Dr. Marks is in it just for the money couldn't be more mistaken. Pet care can be very expensive, particularly for older pets. That said, Dr. Marks is very reasonable and I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary testing or vaccines for any of my babies. I've also never been blindsided by a bill. I would much prefer getting a high estimate, worst case scenario, and a lower final bill than the other way around. I had been to several other vets before finding Dr. Marks. While they all seemed competent, none of them were as compassionate and thoughtful. I trust that Dr. Marks will take great care of my babies and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
