MSI was always my go to when I owned a rental property but this weekend I needed them for my own home. I had to call the emergency line because of an issue with my water heater. They were not only quick but Rich was able to help me troubleshoot things over the phone and thankfully it was a very easy solution! Melissa is also such a gem in the office and already called today to set up a service check for the unit. We are so lucky to have such terrific customer service and support. I highly recommend them and all they can provide you as a home owner in their expertise.

We have been using MSI Plumbing & Remodeling for years. We receently needed to replace a toilet, add a grab bar and had numerous handyman projects (installation of climing wall and swing pod for grandchildren, threshhold replacement, screen door repair, dresser assembly, and some other odd jobs). Melissa and Brad were very accommodating as to scheduling. The installation of the new toilet was seamless. Adam did a great job on all the projects!!!! We will continue to reach out to MSI in the future.
