Total Eye Care Centers is a well-run office with a terrific staff that works hard to make patients feel comfortable. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, and the doctors, such as Dr. Stein and Dr. Lavrich, take the time to thoroughly explain conditions and procedures to patients.
Dr. Lavrich, in particular, is praised for her exceptional care and expertise. Patients describe her as a "total bada$$" who is highly skilled at resolving complex vision issues, even in challenging cases. She is known for her thorough approach, great personality, and genuine care for her patients. Despite long wait times due to her dedication, patients find Dr. Lavrich to be worth the wait.
The office also receives high marks for the overall experience, with patients describing the staff as professional and the whole team as wonderful. Total Eye Care Centers is a highly recommended choice for those seeking quality eye care.
I've trusted
I have trusted Dr. Harmon Stein with my vision for over a decade, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Stein is kind, caring, through and makes me feel comfortable, as well as his office staff... always pleasant, efficient and professional.
Dr. Stein is very through, he listens, catches, treats, and explains conditions in a way I throughly understand. Total Eye Care is care you can trust...totally!
Again, My visit to the office this past week was consistent with all my previous visits and treatments . The staff was professional and thorough. The options were presented in clear manner.
My daughter sees Dr. Lavrich at the 3100 location. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I like Dr. Lavrich’s bedside manner. She’s matter of fact and to the point, which I appreciate. Her nurse Kristin is always bubbly and sweet to my toddler. The only inconvenience is the wait can be long since we need to pediatric room but once we get to the room, it’s a quick process.
