The entire staff was genuinely understanding and helpful to me when I experienced an arthritic episode that debilitated me from even walking to the room for my appointment yet was able to do so with their kindness and help. I will never forget it!
I went for my first annual eye exam in 7 years today at Allied Vision. Upon entry the front receptionist was very kind and helpful. The building is undergoing a major renovation but was still managed in an efficient manner. Everyone was very sweet there and explained the processes thoroughly. I had my exam with Dr. Patel and she was a very sweet and personable provider. I left feeling confident about the care I had for my eyes today and I would recommend this office and team to others! Thank you!
Did not like the people who does the tests like visual fields and etc because they don’t adjust properly according to your height and poor instructions.
Otherwise doctor Russo is perfect.
