Steve is great. Honest, reliable guy that will show up and make sure you do not have any issues anymore. I called him a few months ago regarding ant infestation. Instead of telling me he can come out and charge us, he told me exactly what to buy and do it myself to save myself some money. Well, I can say it worked. I will be a customer of his for life.PS. I recently had Patriot Exterminating at my house for carpet beetles and Steve was wonderful. He called me back quickly after leaving a message with the answering service and spoke with me about my concerns. Thankfully, Steve managed to squeeze me into his daily schedule for the following day. When he came he was professional and prepared for what he was expecting to find due to our conversation.
