Based on the reviews, Ocean Pest Consultants is a great local business. Customers have used them for close to 20 to 40 years for annual termite inspections and ant extermination. The team, including Sal and Phil, are described as professional, prompt, friendly, and very affordable. Phil is honest and does a completely thorough job. He explains everything with great detail and answers all questions. The service is punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. They upgraded crawlspace vents with temp controlled vents and fixed falling insulation. Customers highly recommend them for anything needed and will call them back for annual treatments.
Phill from ocean pest comes every year to check for termites. He came last week and said everything was fine just my insulation in crawl space was falling. He came back a week later and fix the insulation. He was very honest told me everything else looked good. I asked about vapor barrier He told me it was fine. Very honest I was happy it was all good. I would highly use them again.
Have been using Ocean Pest Consultants for about 40 years. Sal and Phil and workers are excellent. Would highly recommend them for anything you need. They upgraded my crawlspace vents with the temp controlled so I do not have to go outside to open and close them. I use them for 40 years, 2 houses for termite inspection.
Ocean Pest Consultants is my exterminator for close to 20 years. I have annual inspections for termites. On occasion, I have used them for ant extermination. On all occasions, I have dealt with friendly professional people. I had a perimeter treatment for termite prevention today. Phil did a completely thorough job and was friendly. He also answered all of my questions. I give Phil a superior rating because the job was done well and he is an excellent person.
