Rich was incredibly informative and professional. We hired him to hook up plumbing for a new dishwasher and he noticed there were a few things wrong under the sink. He fixed those without hesitation and put in our new dishwasher. It looks beautiful! 10/10 recommend!!

I woke up to water on my floor and noticed it was my water heater.I called a few plumbers and they refused to come to my home because of COVID 19. Virus. A few others I called quoted me an outrageous price and wouldn’t even be able to come until after 6pm. A friend recommended Burnet Plumbing, so I took the chance and called. A very friendly lady answered my call and took a message. In less than 5 minutes I got a return call from Rich and he asked me a few questions, then asked me to text a photo of my existing water heater to him. Rich has done work for our church and many of our friends. Everyone has had nothing but praise for his service as well as his politeness. Having been a customer service manager and his mom this makes me proud. ❤️
